Some clients know where they require specific improvement but generally, all will benefit from an independent review, from a team who have over 20 years experience in Corporate Performance Management and the implementation of FP&A processes.

Our Gap Analysis review is a fixed fee outcome. We meet with you over several sessions to get to know your processes and requirements.

The outcome takes approximately 3-4 weeks to compile, where we present back details outlining areas of improvement, product options and budgetary considerations. 

Where additional resource is a requirement, OYB will present a service solution bespoke to your business.
