One of the great things about being involved with sales is that you can learn from others who have successfully implemented a great project or program.
At a recent vendor seminar a client shared their experience and thoughts on successful project implementation and, even better still, provided a succinct, actionable list of items that I think we can all learn from. In a series of articles, of which this is the first, I want to focus on this list and add details to each point that will hopefully help you when tackling projects and implementing technology solutions in the future.
